Description
Cherry Casino is a Pure Imagination Projects line launched in 2015, inspired by the decks of old casinos, which has gradually added colourways named after cities and gaming venues. The Monte Carlo Black and Gold is a limited version in black and gold, the colours traditionally associated with casino luxury.

Design
The back keeps the series concept: a symmetrical design with a cherry in each corner, here in black. On the standard Monte Carlo the cherries are printed in gold ink; this limited edition adds a special tuck box with the cherries in gold foil (metallic stamping), and each deck is closed with a numbered seal from the United States Playing Card Company.
Manufacturing
It is printed by the United States Playing Card Company on thin Bee stock with a crushed treatment (a pressing of the paper that makes it more flexible and consistent when shuffling). The print run was limited to 2,500 decks.
