How shipping costs are calculated

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the order. We work with several carriers and pick the best option for each case.

The order totals from which shipping becomes free are shown at the top of this page.

Estimated delivery times

• Mainland Spain: 24-72 business hours
• Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera): 3-5 business days
• Mainland Portugal (excludes Madeira and Azores): 2-5 business days
• Rest of the European Union: 3-7 business days depending on destination

Customs for shipments outside the EU

For shipments to United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties and local VAT are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the shipping or product price.

Order preparation

Orders with in-stock products are prepared on the next business day after receipt (not on weekends or holidays).

Delivery times shown are estimates and count from when the order leaves our warehouse.

Incidents

The Joker House is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier incidents.
• Force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, etc.).
• Customs holds or other administrative controls.
