Information about preparation times, delivery schedules and shipping costs for orders placed on The Joker House.
1. Shipping coverage
The Joker House ships to all countries within the European Union.
Shipping is charged as a fixed rate per order, regardless of the number of items included, except for specific island destinations that require a custom quote.
2. Order preparation & dispatch times
All orders containing in-stock items are prepared and dispatched on the next business day after being received (orders are not prepared on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).
Delivery times shown below are estimates and apply from the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping to Spain

4. Shipping within Europe (EU)
We ship to all EU countries. The following standard rates apply:

5. Delivery conditions & incidents
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping details are correct.
If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend noting it on the courier’s receipt and contacting us as soon as possible.
The Joker House cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Transport company incidents
- Force majeure (strikes, severe weather, etc.)
- Customs checks or administrative delays
6. Customs & additional charges
Some destinations (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) may apply customs fees or local taxes that are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Any customs duties or import taxes will be paid by the recipient.
