Shipping Policy
Information on preparation times, delivery times and shipping costs at The Joker House.
1. Scope and shipping zones
At The Joker House we ship to all European Union countries.
The shipping cost is fixed per order, regardless of the number of products included, except for certain island destinations that may require a specific assessment.
2. Order preparation and delivery times
All orders with products in stock are prepared for shipping the business day following receipt (orders are not prepared on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).
The times below are indicative and counted from when the order leaves our warehouse.
No shipping or delivery takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping within Spain

4. Shipping to Europe (European Union)
We ship to all EU countries. Standard rates below:

5. Delivery conditions and incidents
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping details are correct and complete.
If the package shows visible damage on delivery, note it on the carrier's delivery slip and contact us as soon as possible.
The Joker House is not responsible for delays caused by carrier incidents, force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, etc.) or customs holds.
6. Customs and tax particularities
In certain territories (e.g. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) additional customs charges, duties or local taxes may apply, not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Any cost arising from customs processing or import taxes is borne by the recipient.
