Joker Points: how our rewards program works

What is Joker Points

Joker Points is The Joker House loyalty program: 5% of every order comes back to your account as points you can redeem on future purchases. No tiers, no weird fine print: you buy, you earn, you redeem.

How you earn

• Every paid order automatically earns 5% of the product total (shipping excluded) in points.
• 1 point = 1 cent. A €40 order earns 200 points (€2).
• Points appear in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Find them under My account → My Joker Points, with a full history.
• Bought as a guest? Your points are waiting: create an account with the same email you used for your order.

How you redeem

• From 500 points (€5) you can turn your balance into a personal single-use voucher.
• The voucher is generated instantly from your points page, is valid for 90 days and applies at the cart like any code.
• Vouchers apply to orders of €20 or more.
• Points vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes on the same order.

Expiry

Points expire 12 months after you earn them. You can check your balance and movements whenever you want from My Joker Points.

Program terms

• Points are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an order is returned or refunded, its points are deducted from your balance.
• The Joker House may modify or end the program with 30 days notice; any balance earned up to that point will always be honoured.
• Fraudulent use of the program may lead to cancellation of the affected points.
