Design
The back revives a diamond pattern very close to that of the Diamon No. 2, now in a combination of cherry red and butter yellow; the warm feel of those colours is what gives the deck its name. The faces and jokers are custom, and the indices return to a more traditional typeface so the cards are easy to read during play.
Manufacturing
It was printed by the United States Playing Card Company on crushed stock (a stock compressed at the factory for added flexibility) with a Linoid finish, and the cards have a traditional cut. In addition to the usual cards it includes a gaff card (designed for magic effects) and an ad card.
