Description
The QiYi Clock 3x3 Magnetic (Glacier Blue) is one of the current reference options for the WCA Clock event. Like all Clocks, it is solved by aligning 9 hands per face using dials and 4 pins that lock/unlock internal gears.
It features 208 magnets in total: 204 small ones on the dials and 4 large ones on the pins/rings. The magnetic system adds a precise "click" feel to each dial increment — a 12-tooth magnetic perimeter wheel snaps into every position — and stabilizes the transitions between pin up/down.
The dials have rounded edges so they can be operated without scratching the fingers during fast solves. Tension adjustable by 4 screws to customize the feel. Weight 125 g.
