Pair of Bollie trucks in green. Bollie is the entry-level line distributed by Blackriver, designed for making the step up from plastic fingerboards. Trucks are the metal axles that attach the wheels to the deck and let the board turn when you tilt it.

What they’re like
They have stable hangers (the T-shaped piece that carries the axle) and rubbers, or bushings, in two sizes, large and small, which let you adjust how the turning responds using the kingpin nut. They make a solid base for your first grinds, tricks in which the truck slides along an edge or a rail.
What’s included
Two trucks, two large and two small bushings, four washers, eight screws and the Bollie tool, which combines a screwdriver and a spanner. Wheels are not included and are sold separately.
