Description
Butterfly Seasons Winter is the winter edition of the Seasons series, a collection of Butterfly decks dedicated to the seasons of the year and produced by Czech magician Ondřej Pšenička. Like the rest of the series, it is a marked deck: the back hides markings that let anyone who knows the system identify each card.

Design
The colours evoke winter, with cool tones that complete the cycle of the four seasons. The court cards, aces and jokers have a custom design, and it includes a double-backer (with a back on both sides), useful in some magic effects. The design is by Swede Stefan Eriksson and the colouring by Tereza Kovandová, in the Czech Republic.
Manufacturing
It was printed by Cartamundi on its Slimline stock, thinner than usual, with a B9 True Linen finish (a linen-textured embossing that helps the cards glide evenly). 6,000 decks were made.
