Design
The faces are illustrated with characters and scenes from the films, and the deck hides nods for the most attentive fans, such as the Light of Eärendil, Lurtz and Minas Morgul. The tuck box combines gold foil (metallic stamping), alluding to the gold with which Sauron forged the One Ring, and emerald green foil, which evokes the landscapes of the Shire.
Manufacturing
It is made in the United States on FSC-certified paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests, with plant-based inks and starch-based laminates.
