Description
The Notorious Gambling Frog is a deck from Stockholm17, the label of Stockholm-based designer Lorenzo Gaggiotti, which starts from classic, easy-to-read faces and adds a touch of humour: the gambling frog that gives the deck its name. It exists in green and in orange; this is the green version, released in 2021.

Design
The back has an art nouveau touch (the decorative style of the early 20th century, with curved lines and natural motifs). The court cards (J, Q and K) are the standard ones, but redrawn, and the indices appear in all four corners, which is practical for playing with the cards fanned in either direction. The three jokers are frogs, and the deck includes a gaff card (a gaffed or impossible card designed for magic effects): a 17 of Spades.
Manufacturing
It is printed by WJPCC in poker size. The tuck box is embossed and has its own seal, and the deck comes wrapped in cellophane.
