Description
ONDA V2 is the follow-up to ONDA, the deck that gave Jocu Playing Cards its biggest Kickstarter success in 2021. That first edition introduced the imaginary inhabitants of a hidden underwater world, with illustrations by Alessandra Gagliano and a story by Ilaria Orrù that linked each character to traits of real sea creatures. This edition, in coral (Red Coral, according to the publisher), expands that universe with new characters.

Design
The illustrations are new and designed to complement the original series: new court cards, new vibrant colours and the same style of fantastical creatures. The tuck box is matte, with embossing and gold foil details (metallic stamping) in this coral version; it was designed together with the studio Boschiero & Newton.
Manufacturing
It is printed by Cartamundi on Slimline paper, somewhat thinner than usual, with a B9 Linen finish (a linen-type embossing that helps the cards glide).
