The QiYi Warrior 2x2 M is the magnetic version of the 2x2 in the Warrior series, QiYi’s budget range. It arrived in 2025, measures 50 mm, weighs around 58 g and is stickerless: the colour is in the plastic, with no stickers.

Mechanism
It comes with factory-fitted magnets that help each layer settle into alignment at the end of a turn. Its magnetic feel is light: it gives a slight stop on each turn without slowing you down. The corners are designed to reduce lock-ups and have a system that stops pieces popping out, and it usually turns well from day one, with no need for adjustment. As with all 2x2s, it’s best not to force a corner to twist on itself.
