Description
The Horseshoe is the Professor Puzzle Matchbox Puzzle series version of one of the best-known metal puzzles: the horseshoe puzzle. Two metal horseshoes, joined by links, hold a ring in the centre. The aim is to remove the ring without bending or forcing any piece, and then put it back.

Design
The horseshoe puzzle has been around for a long time in countless versions, and it is often one of the first that newcomers to metal puzzles come across. It is a disentanglement puzzle: the pieces are linked so that the ring seems impossible to remove, and it only comes free with the correct sequence of moves.
In this edition the whole thing has been scaled down to fit in a matchbox, making it easy to carry around.
What’s included
It comes in the series’ matchbox-style box, with a vintage-inspired illustration. Nine more matchstick challenges are printed on the sides for when the puzzle is solved.
