The yellow edition of theory11's Harry Potter series pays tribute to Hufflepuff. It is one of the four decks in the collection, one for each Hogwarts house, and like the others it brings recognisable characters and moments from the whole story to the cards, from the first year to the final battle.

Design

The publisher custom designed the aces, the jokers, the court cards (J, Q and K) and the tuck box, all inspired by the wizarding world. They feature, among others, Harry with the golden snitch and his Nimbus 2000, Ron and Hermione, Snape in his Potions class, Voldemort wielding his yew wand and Luna Lovegood with her unmistakable spectacles. The outer box is adorned with gold foil (a metallic film applied with heat), foil details in the house colour and very fine embossing.

Manufacturing

It is made in the United States. theory11 explains that it uses FSC-certified paper, from sustainably managed forests, along with vegetable-based inks and starch-based laminates. The deck contains no gaff cards or double-back cards.
