Design
Everything is drawn from scratch: the back, aces, jokers and court cards, with flat, retro-style illustrations, lots of texture and vivid colours. Gold ink runs through much of the design, and the number cards carry their own ornaments. The tuck box, made by Studio on Fire, is embossed and decorated with gold and black foil (metallic stamping) both outside and inside.
Manufacturing
It is made in the United States with FSC-certified paper (from sustainably managed forests), plant-based inks and starch-based laminates. Sources name the United States Playing Card Company as the printer.
