Description
This deck is part of the One Piece collection that Card Mafia, a Canadian publisher, releases under official licence from Toei Animation. The series dedicates one deck to each member of the Straw Hat Pirates, and this one focuses on Nico Robin, the crew’s archaeologist. It carries an anti-counterfeit label certifying the licence.

Design
The design is fully custom. The back is unique to the collection and the four suits (spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs) incorporate recognisable elements from the manga and anime. The whole crew appears on the court cards, although in this edition Robin takes centre stage. The Ace of Spades is based on the Straw Hat pirate flag. The box is illustrated with One Piece artwork and has fine embossing you can feel to the touch.
Manufacturing
It is printed by Taiwan Playing Card Company, an Asian printer with a long track record in playing cards. The cards have the finish the printer calls Legendary Finish, designed to make them glide smoothly and give a feel similar to that of casino decks.
