Design

The series revolves around a fictional story: in the year 3000 an artificial intelligence rules humanity and a rebel sends a deck back in time to keep magic alive; this instalment is presented as having arrived from the year 3030. The Human version uses a black and orange contrast on the clean-lined back characteristic of the NOC family.

For magic

According to distributors, the back carries markings that reveal the suit of each card (spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs). It also includes gaff cards (gaff cards for magic effects): one double-backed and one with a blank face.

Manufacturing

It is printed by the United States Playing Card Company on thin stock with a crushed treatment (a pressing of the paper that makes it more flexible and consistent when shuffling).
