Description
Ren is a deck from Vanda Playing Cards with a minimalist approach. It takes as its reference the antique decks that had no indices (the number or letter and the suit shown in the corners), in which each card was recognised solely by its pips. The publisher presents it as a way of showing playing cards in their purest form.

Design
The faces are custom and do away with the corner indices: only the pips of each suit appear. This device is most noticeable on the aces and the jokers, designed exclusively for this deck.
Manufacturing
It is printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC) on Bicycle-quality card stock with an embossed finish (embossed, a very fine raised texture that helps the cards glide).
