Description
Good and Evil is a deck designed by Cris Elmasry and published by Murphy's Magic Supplies. Its theme is the constant struggle between good and evil, an idea carried through to the design of the faces and several custom cards.

Design
Gold and yellow inks are combined on a black background. The faces share a geometric line that splits them into two identical halves, a device that underlines the duality between the two concepts. The Queens of Spades and Hearts are deliberately drawn with a wink: the Queen of Spades has a kind face but a black heart, while the Queen of Hearts frowns but has a pure heart. The aces and both jokers are also custom, and the back is reversible (it looks the same either way up).
Manufacturing
It is printed in the United States by the United States Playing Card Company. It is closed with a custom seal and includes a double-backer (a gaff, a trick card for magic effects) and an ad card.
