Description
This theory11 deck features the work of Shantell Martin, an artist known for her continuous-line drawings in black and white. It was created to accompany LINE, the artist’s collaboration with the Whitney Museum shop in New York, and was the first in a series through which theory11 wanted to give space to contemporary artists. It was released in two versions, black and white; this is the white one.

Design
The design is fully custom, inside and out, and brings Shantell Martin’s visual language to the cards: interlinking black strokes that explore themes such as identity, intersectionality and play. The packaging uses canvas-textured paper and blind embossing (a raised design without ink), which gives it a special feel.
Manufacturing
It is made in the United States with FSC-certified paper, from sustainably managed forests, plant-based inks and starch-based laminates.
