Description
Tally-Ho is an American playing card brand with a long history: it comes from Andrew Dougherty’s printing house, which the United States Playing Card Company acquired in 1907. The Circle Back version is one of its two classic editions, alongside the Fan Back.

Design
The red back is a fine, symmetrical pattern with a circle in the centre. It has a curious optical effect: when you tilt or move the card, the central circle seems to separate from the rest of the design. The faces are standard. It is also made with a blue back.
Manufacturing
It is printed by the United States Playing Card Company, now at its plant in Erlanger (Kentucky), in poker size. It has a Linoid finish, a texture reminiscent of linen that the brand has associated with Tally-Ho for decades.
