Description
theory11 created this deck in collaboration with The Hollywood Roosevelt, a historic Los Angeles hotel opened in 1927 that welcomed classic film stars such as Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin and Clark Gable. The idea was to pay tribute to its style and history while giving them a contemporary feel.

Design
The aesthetic is inspired by the hotel itself and by the Hollywood of its golden age, with an elegant, restrained approach. The deck is also linked to The Magic Show, an intimate magic show starring the magician Franco Pascali in an unmarked theatre inside the hotel, which it accompanies.
Manufacturing
It is made in the USA at the United States Playing Card Company, on FSC-certified paper (from sustainably managed forests), with plant-based inks and starch-based laminates. It is poker size.
