Description
The Gemini Casino Phthalo Green belongs to the Gemini Casino series, which designer Toomas Pintson created for his publishing label Gemini. The series imagines fictional casinos with the feel of 1970s Las Vegas and has been released in many colours; this edition uses phthalo green, an intense, slightly bluish shade.

Design
The back debuts a new pattern of simple, elegant lines. The faces follow the model of Arrco, a former American maker of casino decks, and on the court cards the green is combined with burgundy and dark yellow. The result recalls a deck used at a gaming table several decades ago.
Manufacturing
It is made by The United States Playing Card Company, with a traditional cut (the one that lets the cards interweave easily when shuffling). It is a limited edition of 1,000 decks and the cellophane has a gold tear strip to open it.
