Description
Vintage Chicken Nuggets is a deck by Hanson Chien Production Co. that humorously parodies the oldest known edition of the Jerry’s Nugget casino decks from Las Vegas. Hanson Chien had already published a first parody, Chicken Nuggets, in 2012; this “vintage” version came about after he obtained and authenticated a copy of that original edition.

Design
It starts from a traditional base with a retro feel, in the style of casino decks from another era, but the court cards have been redrawn as hungry characters, which is the nod that gives the series its name. This variant has a navy-blue back.
Manufacturing
A specific card stock was developed for this series, called Vintage, thinner than usual, with the aim of coming close to the feel of old decks. Being thinner, it tends to be comfortable for shuffles and cardistry moves (the art of creating eye-catching shapes with cards) and for sleight-of-hand magic.
