Description
Provision is a theory11 deck dedicated to Philadelphia, the city founded in 1682 that is often described as the birthplace of the United States. It is conceived as a monument to its historic past and, at the same time, a nod to its present. It was hand-illustrated in the city itself by the studio True Hand Society.

Design
Everything was drawn from scratch: the court cards, the aces, the tuck box and the tuck box seal, which imitates an old tax stamp. The back uses a very intense ember red that stands out immediately. For the first time, theory11 printed the cards on ivory-toned card stock, a slightly off-white shade that gives them a vintage feel and departs from the usual pure white. The inside of the tuck box also features gold foil (a metallic stamp).
Manufacturing
It is made entirely in the United States by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC), with an Air Cushion finish (a very fine embossing that helps the cards glide).
