Bicycle Reverse is a series from the United States Playing Card Company that inverts the logic of a conventional deck: where there would normally be white, here there is black. This is the red edition, in which the accent colour is red.

Design

The faces have a black background, with the indices, pips and court cards standing out against it, which gives the deck a very strong contrast both on the table and in motion. The back is that of the red edition. The series is released in several colours (red, blue, yellow, green, pink and orange, among others), and each edition comes with two extra cards: a black-faced card and a double-backer (with a back on both sides), which in this edition combines red and yellow.

Manufacturing

It is printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC), the American company that makes Bicycle, with the Air Cushion finish (a very fine embossing on the surface that leaves tiny air pockets between the cards and helps them glide) and a standard cut.
