Description
DianSheng’s Mirror Skewb applies the Mirror Cube idea to the Skewb: all the faces are the same colour, pink in this case, and the pieces have different heights. When scrambled, the Skewb loses its cube shape, and the goal is to restore it. This is the non-magnetic version.

How it works
It keeps the Skewb mechanism: each turn rotates half the puzzle around an axis that runs through two opposite corners. The difference is that there are no colours to guide you, so each piece is recognised by its height and shape. The centres also have an orientation: even when they’re in place, they can be rotated and have to be corrected with Skewb moves, which adds a step compared with the normal Skewb.
Design
It has no stickers: the colour is in the plastic itself, with a matte surface. The inside is a different shade, which shows on some colours when turning. It weighs about 59 g. DianSheng makes it in several colours and in a magnetic version in clear plastic.
