The QiYi Warrior 2x2 M UV Coated is part of the Warrior family, a range with which the brand has committed to offering affordable and easy-to-handle magnetic cubes. In this case, it is a 2x2 that, on top of factory magnets, adds a surface UV coating treatment.

The magnets help each layer stop more precisely. On a 2x2, where turns are short and very fast, that small push toward the correct position is particularly noticeable: mid-way stops are reduced and the cube feels more stable during long algorithm sequences such as OLL/PBL or CLL.

The UV coating is the distinctive feature of this version. It is applied to the pieces to give them a subtly satin touch that is less shiny than conventional plastic.
